It's Seth's fault. That's what he gets for leaving it in his pocket. With 3 kids, it's an accomplishment just getting the laundry done. To take the time to check the pockets, ay yay yay, that's asking too much. You already have to stain stick everything!
I've actually washed stuff of his before, so the agreement is, I never wash his clothes unless they are IN the laundry basket (in which case he has checked the pockets). But this time I was trying to be nice and wash his running shorts so they would be ready for his next run, so I grabbed them off the bed and tossed them in. Of course the first time I broke our "rule" in like six months, the ipod was in his pocket.
